Our expertise and knowledge covers the various design and assembly techniques used by the UK manufacturers. This covers all aspects of the post manufacture assembly, from the roof to internal flooring and below to the structural support of the unit.

POSITIONING
Positioning the unit on its base (if required)

JOINING
The joining of both sections

INSTALLATION INT.
The installation of any and only the decorative trims/parts/carpet that intersects with the join and thus could not be installed in the factory. These are supplied as part of the manufacturers siting kit.

INSTALLATION EXT.
The installation of any exterior roof ridge tiles and trims that intersect with the join line – roof apex badges included.

LEVELLING
Levelling on all axis and installing the required supports under your unit.

ADJUSTING
The checking and adjustment of exterior doors to ensure they close and lock correctly.

ASSEMBLY
The assembly of the items of lounge flat pack furniture.

REPORTING
Provide a report on any siting-related items that could not be completed due to missing items in the siting kit or defects with the items supplied or damage noted.
